A natural communicator and problem solver, Steve thrives in pressure environments, helping clients navigate issues with calm resolve and sound judgement.

Outside of work, Steve stays active through swimming and running and is a lifelong sports fan. A former semi-professional soccer player; competition, strategy and teamwork continue to fuel his passion.
