Since commencing his real estate career in 1999, Steve has built a reputation for professionalism, integrity, and delivering consistently outstanding results for property owners. Before entering real estate, Steve held senior corporate management roles within the hotel industry before progressing to Operations Manager for a Western Australian private equity firm, where he was responsible for overseeing a workforce of more than 1,000 employees. This extensive leadership and operational experience has given Steve exceptional organisational and people management skills, a strong commercial mindset, and a deep understanding of the importance of systems, accountability, and clear communication in achieving exceptional outcomes.
