Steph Downman started in real estate back in 2017 as a Sales Assistant for Century 21 Platinum Agents at our Tin Can Bay office and has enjoyed every minute of it. Her highlights of the day include administration and marketing, which she takes very seriously, holding a Diploma of Marketing. She loves making her agents and their properties look their very best online. She is a very systems-driven individual, sticking to protocols and procedures, and keeps checklists of everything that’s happening.

Over the years, Steph has consistently increased her knowledge, holding a Cert IV in Property Services, a Cert III in Hospitality, and a Cert III in Tourism. Steph has travelled Australia with other lines of work, lending a hand at conferences, learning all about marketing and presentation.

Now, Steph is proudly one of the business owners of Century 21 At The Bay, and works within the business as the General Manger.

Outside of Century 21, Steph also operates her own local marketing business at Tin Can Bay. She loves going to the beach and enjoys socialising with friends, hosting dinner parties and BBQ’s.
