With a long-standing career, I can confidently say that I absolutely love what I do and feel blessed to have had such huge success in my career to date. Real estate runs in my family; my grandfather and father were both agents, and my parents owned and operated a boutique agency for over 15 years.

I've been involved in real estate from a very young age, with it being a constant topic of conversation at the dinner table. In 2010, my family and I sold our small family agency, "Richard Carter Realty" to Ray White, one of the largest franchisees in Australasia. This move proved to be beneficial both personally and professionally.

My true belief is that the real estate industry is a balance between people and property, and I love both. I find great satisfaction helping people through the complex process of buying and selling property, and I also love the different aspects it presents, including construction, design, and architecture.

Known for my hard work and dedication to my clients, I constantly push the boundaries with different marketing ideas, tailoring campaigns for each property, and adjusting the sale method according to the market, which is imperative in today's market.

I am straightforward and honest, and my goal is to make the sale process as enjoyable and stress-free as possible for everyone involved. I aim to deliver the information required to make an informed decision without any pressure. Operating this way has enabled me to love what I do, even 23 years later!

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time outdoors with Cara and our two young boys, exploring the beaches and beautiful waterways our region offers or cooking up a storm at home, trying out new recipes from one of my many cookbooks.
