As a second generation agent I have grown up with real estate in my blood. Dinner table conversation was real estate, canoeing, surf life saving and more real estate led by my father Michael Paterson O.A.M. who was one of the first Land Agents in the exploding southern suburbs in the late 60's. I was fortunate enough to be raised on an acreage in the Onkaparinga Hills spending my weekends heavily involved in the Southport SLSC, Reynella Swimming and Onkaparinga Canoe Clubs. I have a very strong skill set in rural properties and fully understand the workings/requirements of these properties now referred to as 'lifestyle properties'. I have a strong background and interest in land sales ranging from small suburban split blocks, land divisions of 12-25-48 allotments and recently have achieved record sale prices of over $1.4M per hectare through the recent Hackham South East re-zoned area.
