Simon’s career in real estate started in 1996 as a sales representative in the south west region of Margaret River. During this period Simon gained considerable experience in all aspects of real estate including commercial, industrial, rural and land subdivisions. In 1999 he became a partner in Margaret River Real Estate and assisted with its affiliation and transition into the First National Network, which included the implementation of Best Practice procedures to ensure an unrivalled customer service within the local industry. Simon relocated to Perth in 2003 to further his career in Real Estate with a specific focus on the industrial and commercial sectors of the industry.

Simon joined Colliers International Industrial Agency department in 2003 and has been with Raine & Horne Commercial since 2010. Specialising in the sale and leasing of industrial / commercial properties located in the south eastern industrial corridor. During this time Simon has become one of Perth’s most experienced and highly regarded agency consultants.
