Simon Brady is an award-winning Partner at Sterling Property with more than 15 years of high-level sales, leadership, development, and construction experience across Western Australia.

Simon completed 35 commercial property sales over the past 24 months, totalling more than $64 million in FY2025, with a track record of achieving exceptional results across investment, development, childcare, medical and industrial property.

Recognised at the 2025 REIWA Awards for Excellence with an Achievement Award, Simon was also the recipient of Sterling Property's 2025 Respectful Leadership Award.

His transaction record includes multiple record-breaking sales by value and yield, including the $7.2 million sale of Nido Early School in Maylands (2024), which at the time represented Western Australia's largest individual childcare transaction. Simon has also been involved in achieving the sharpest recorded yield over the past 24 months for a childcare asset in WA.

Simon has particular expertise in the sub-$10 million commercial market, specialising in investment sales and leasing, development sites, social infrastructure, and industrial assets.

Prior to joining Sterling Property in 2023, Simon held senior leadership roles with the ABN Group and Dale Alcock Projects, gaining extensive experience across development, construction and marketing. He now combines this expertise with strong market knowledge, strategic campaign management, and negotiation skills to deliver outstanding outcomes for investors, developers and property owners.

Simon holds an MBA from the University of Western Australia.
