Shonda Holland is the Office and Property Management Manager for North Coast Lifestyle Properties. She commenced her real estate career in 1991 starting out as a real estate receptionist with Professionals Real Estate at Kingscliff.

Through continued studies, Shonda worked her way up to Property Officer & then Property Manager, working in real estate agencies in Kingscliff, Banora Point, Coolangatta &, more recently, Murwillumbah before making the decision to join the real estate property management team at North Coast Lifestyle Properties.

With a career spanning over 20 years in Real Estate Property Management, it’s both her knowledge & attention to detail which assures her landlords that they are getting the best possible service for their investment properties.
