Shinae is Brad’s Executive Assistant and a key support across the day-to-day operations of Raine & Horne Newcastle.

She began her career in administration, completing certifications while living in the Blue Mountains before transitioning into the beauty industry. With a natural talent for organisation and client service, Shinae went on to manage salons across both the Blue Mountains and Newcastle, developing strong leadership skills and a genuine passion for working with people.

Known for her approachable nature and calm presence, Shinae is a true people person who builds trust easily and brings warmth to every interaction. Now in real estate, she combines her administrative expertise and people-first approach to keep the team supported and the business running smoothly.
