Shane has over 10 years, experience in the highly competitive Sydney Commercial Sales & Leasing market while at the same time completing a Bachelor of Property Economics degree at the University of Technology Sydney. Combined with a strong work ethic, proven track record, and his attention detail approach to commercial leasing Shane is a key part of the Stsanton Hiller Parker.

Entering the market in 2008 Shane has been able negotiate leasing deals of all shapes and sizes over many different cycles of the leasing market, he is able to deal with the complexities of commercial lease negotiations and providing the best possible outcome for his clients is at the forefront of his mind.

Shane’s ability to engage and establish a rapport with tenants and owners alike, backed with his knowledge and experience ensures that the right tenant is found for the right property and adds value to the overall asset.
