As Founder and Managing Director of Scott Kim Real Estate and Scott Kim Property Management, Scott oversees the direction, growth and day-to-day leadership of both businesses, with a strong focus on building exceptional teams, developing people and maintaining consistently high standards of service.

Scott believes the strength of any real estate business ultimately comes down to the quality of its people. Much of his role is dedicated to recruiting, mentoring and training team members, creating the systems and standards that allow them to perform at their best while providing clients with an exceptional level of care.

Across Scott Kim Real Estate, Scott works closely with the sales team to develop highly skilled Property Negotiators with a strong emphasis on negotiation, communication, ethical selling practices and protecting the interests of clients. Extensive training and ongoing development are central to the way the team operates.

Through Scott Kim Property Management, Scott leads the continued development of a property management team built around proactive communication, accountability and genuine care for rental providers, their properties and renters. His focus is on creating a service where clients feel informed, supported and confident that their investment is being looked after properly.

As a Jenman APPROVED business, Scott places enormous importance on ethics, transparency and putting the interests of clients first. These principles form part of the culture, training and expectations he sets across both businesses.
