Sandy is the Managing Director and Licensee in Charge of Warburton Estate Agents having commenced his Real Estate career with the Agency (formerly John Flood Estate Agents) in 1996. Having initially being a partner in the business since 2004, Sandy acquired full control of Warburton Estate Agents in 2013. Since that time he has grown the agency to be the largest Real Estate business in the Upper Hunter with offices now in both Muswellbrook & Scone.

Sandy has established himself as one of the Upper Hunter’s most successful sales agents building an impressive sales record and making him the preferred choice amongst other agents in Muswellbrook and the Upper Hunter having sold some of the area’s highest profile properties.

As confirmed with the continued growth of the Agency’s market share throughout the region, Sandy’s dedication and results has placed him as Muswellbrook’s leading Agent in the sale & marketing of residential, rural & commercial property. Having lead his team to numerous industry awards, Sandy himself was awarded "Principal of the Year" in 2023 at the Australasian Real Estate Results Awards and has twice been a finalist at the REB Real Estate Business National Awards in the same category.

Sandy is a Licensed Real Estate Agent, Licensed Stock & Station Agent and an Accredited Auctioneer and is currently the Deputy President of the Real Estate Institute of NSW (REINSW) having served as a Director since 2017.

Sandy operates the Warburton business with his wife, Sarah Lorden, who is also a successful industry leader. Sandy & Sarah have 4 children between them.
