By 2003, he had completed his full Real Estate Licence and stepped into the role of Officer in Effective Control, before proudly accepting a partnership soon after—marking a significant milestone in his career.

Before entering real estate, Sami built a strong work ethic through 11 years in the manufacturing industry after immigrating from Turkey to Australia in 1989. This background instilled in him resilience, discipline and a deep appreciation for hard work—qualities that continue to define his approach today. Known for being a patient listener and an effective problem solver, Sami consistently goes above and beyond to achieve the best possible outcomes for his clients and his members of staff.
