Since a young age, Sam Taylor has always been a chatterbox.

Having the ability to speak with anyone about anything, Sam takes a genuine interest in getting to know people from all walks of life. He is a born leader who encourages others to achieve their potential and gains great satisfaction in doing so. A former primary school teacher, Sam is outstanding at educating and navigating his clients through the complexities of real estate. He holds himself to an incredibly high standard and seeks out ways to remain at the top of his field. Often jovial, Sam instils confidence in those who liaise with him based on his expert knowledge, relatability, and honest nature.

As the son of small business owners, Sam was inspired to pursue real estate and has founded a business he is immensely proud of. Despite being Newcastle and Lake Macquarie’s highest selling agent for the last two years, Sam has always placed a greater emphasis on quality of interactions rather than quantity. It is this philosophy and high-performance attitude that make him one of the most referred professionals in the industry.

Sam’s rapid rise in the profession is testament to his dedication and commitment. In his own words, he is “obsessed” with real estate. He is thankful for the support of his beautiful wife, Sophie, who supports Sam in his pursuit of excellence. With two older sisters and now as the proud father of twin girls, Sam is always negotiating…and he wouldn’t have it any other way.
