Sam has been involved in Hanson Property and the Vasse development for the past 12 years. In that time, Sam has played a major role in the residential sales and marketing, as well as project management of the whole estate.

On the commercial side of real estate, Sam has been involved in the development, sales and leasing of the Vasse Light Industrial/Business Park over the past 10 years, and more recently the development, sales and leasing of the Vasse Village Centre. Sam has an intimate knowledge of these 2 critical commercial precincts.

Sam loves living and raising his family in such a wonderful part of WA. “I feel very fortunate to be able to bring my 4 kids up and work in the same place. This lifestyle is amazing; we all surf, fish, dive and play in this awesome aquatic play ground we have on offer. I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else in this world – the South West is the best!”

With his children attending the fantastic local schools, and his involvement in one of the most exciting developments in the South West, Sam loves living the down south lifestyle. Sam has also served as as a member of his local Bush Fire Brigade, keen to protect our beautiful natural surrounds.
