Sam Abel is a Manager within Savills Australia's Hotels & Hospitality team, specialising in hotel investment sales, capital markets and strategic advisory across Australia and New Zealand. Based in Sydney, he works with institutional, private and international clients to deliver tailored investment and property solutions across the hospitality sector.

Drawing on experience in hotel capital markets, property development and asset management, Sam offers a well-rounded understanding of the full property lifecycle, from asset performance and repositioning through to investment and transactions. His combination of commercial insight and technical expertise enables him to provide strategic advice that helps clients maximise value and achieve their investment objectives.

Sam holds a Master of Valuation and Property Development and a Bachelor of Architecture from Bond University, bringing a strong analytical and property-focused approach to every assignment.
