Roy established ProRealty in 1999 after leaving Colliers International as the International Director of Property and Facilities Management. Roy was with Colliers International for 15 years and prior to that time, worked as the state property manager for MLC Lift Assurance and then Colonial Mutual.

The Company was established on the back of a telecommunications project to acquire over 380 new sites in South Australia and Western Australia for a new entrant into the telecommunications market. Since then, this side has expanded and has provided services to a number of end clients including One.Tel, AAPT, Telstra, Optus, Vodafone and more recently, Stilmark Telecommunications.

The property consultancy and management business as then established building a portfolio of mixed properties.

Roy holds a Real Estate Agency licence, and is a member of the Australian Property Institute and Real Estate Institute. He hold formal qualifications including a post graduate degree in property management. He is a former part time lecturer at the Real Estate Institute and the University of SA in the property degree course. He has also been an expert witness in various Court appearance involving property management matters.
