I began my career in real estate over 30 years ago, so I believe that I really have the knowledge and expertise coupled with a tried and true strategy of what it takes to sell your home "successfully"... and for the highest possible price. In my expansive career as a "top performer", I have earned many awards and am well ahead of my field when it comes to producing RESULTS. These awards are only awarded to a select group of high producing individuals and can only be achieved by pure hard work, skill, focus and commitment. I also have been part of a team that won the Business Achievers Award for the Moreton Bay Regional Council not just in 1 year but 2 years in a row. This consequently resulted in the office being inducted into the "Hall of Fame". In 2015 I was also inducted into the Remax "Hall of Fame". I also hold a full Real Estate Agents License and have lived in the shire for the best part of 40 years, raised my family and schooled my children here. Owners want and more importantly need feedback on what is happening when their home is on the market, this will come with feedback after every inspection including open homes. You will receive a callback immediately after any inspections. I also attend the building and pest inspections and will liaise any complications that may arise forthwith. You also will be kept "in the loop" about everything pertaining to the contract on your property. If you have a pool I will also organize the pool safety certificate for you. Feedback is critical from day 1 and the relationship that I will build with you, from the outset, you will quickly see that you can rely on me as an agent representing you.
