About Rick: I joined Knight Frank Darwin as a Senior Real Estate Consultant operating in all facets of the Real Estate industry. I have over 20 years of Real Estate experience in Darwin and regional markets. The following is a brief history about me.

I have but few passions in life these include my children, my diving and spear fishing and talking Real Estate. What gets me really excited is when my children phone me, seeing clear water and of cause speaking to someone about Real Estate.

On arriving in the Territory, it didn’t take long to become accustom to the Territory way of life and the people’s laid back lifestyle. After getting settled in Darwin I decided it was time to talk to people directly about the benefits of selling, buying and owning Real Estate in Darwin.

Throughout my career I have enjoyed experiences in all areas of the Real Estate industry including residential real estate, project and land development and some Commercial and Industrial sales.

Being in the Real Estate Industry now for over 20 years I really enjoy the chance to help people sell their home and get them where they really want to be. I get a buzz out of listing and selling properties and being able to discuss all facts of Real Estate to help build your needs, and gain your goals.

Basically my goal is to service the market with a more customer orientated focus on service standards and client benefits which in turn means more for you as the client.
