With 25 years in the hotel & hospitality industry as a hotel and resort General Manager, Business Development Manager and business owner, Richard has gained a strong knowledge of all accommodation sectors.

Richard has had ownership of both motel leases, freehold ownership of boutique retreat businesses, both providing further insight into the financial management and operation requirements within the industry.

Recently Richard has been involved in the retirement village industry, assisting in opening new facilities on the Sunshine Coast and operating a large retirement village.

A customer/client focused operator, with a strong emphasis on financial success. He enjoys working with people and providing great customer experiences to achieve common goals for business success for all parties.

Richard has been involved in a number of tourism organisations and has been a board member in both Great Ocean Road VIC and South Coast NSW tourism Associations.

With his business expertise and hands-on Hotel/Motel operation knowledge Richard has the skills and knowledge to value add to any accommodation business. Richard builds long and lasting relationships with people from all

walks of life and brings these attributes to MR Sales, along with his enthusiasm and a desire to ensure all clients achieve their business goals.

Away from work Richard enjoys the great outdoors and is a keen sports person including cycling, surfing and kayaking. Often with a glass of wine to finish the day
