Richard's role as the Managing Director ensures continuity and his vast experience in projects is well utilised. Richard recently achieved the status of being the No 1 business owner in WA and Number 5 Internationally within the Ray White Group for 2011, a level of performance that elevates him to a rarefied position that many dream of yet few achieve.

Richard has 20 years experience in real estate, having worked for 3 years in Perth in real estate before moving to Ray White Karratha and joining the family business. Richard has a long experience with sales and service having previously worked in the motor vehicle industry for 13 years.

Richard is a keen participant within several clubs and guides Ray White Karratha's sponsorship endeavours to help Ray White Karratha support the larger community.
