Before joining the prestigious Belle Property brand, Richard was the well-respected Director of Red Property in Manly, in Sydney's Northern Beaches. During the 10 years in Sydney's aggressive real estate market, Richard garnered a reputation for his consistently high sales results and his astute attention to detail with every client transaction.

Always offering straightforward advice backed by intelligent market knowledge, Richard has achieved many record sales during his career, most notably he holds the record for the second highest property sale at auction for $4.8 million in 2014, and the record for the highest sale price in Manly for $10 million in 2013.
