Hi, I’m Rhiannon, your Asset Care Manager at JKL Real Estate. With 19 years of experience in the real estate world, I’ve truly done it all and gathered a wealth of knowledge along the way. I work closely with our landlords, tenants, and asset care team to make sure our property management department runs like a well-oiled machine. My goal? Ensuring our landlords feel confident that their investment properties are in the best hands while making sure tenants' concerns are handled promptly.

I’m the go-to person, keeping communication clear and making sure everyone feels heard and looked after. Whether it’s managing the needs of landlords or addressing tenants’ concerns, I’ve got it covered!

When I’m not ensuring everything’s running smoothly at work, you’ll find me at the beach with my three boys and husband, playing soccer mum, or heading off on family camping adventures. And sometimes, I’m just chilling out and enjoying the quiet moments!
