Her career began in 1997 in property management, quickly evolving into a leadership role overseeing investment services and property developments across Victoria, extending into Sydney and internationally.

Rachael’s commercial real estate work includes involvement with groups such as the Deague Group and Burgess Rawson, encompassing a broad and complex mix of commercial, retail, and high-end residential transactions.

Following the birth of her son, Rachael returned to residential real estate, where she excelled in property sales while also taking on sales management, training, and mentoring responsibilities.

Known for her highly personalised, relationship-focused approach, Rachael’s work is grounded in her core values of compassion, gratitude, and courage—qualities that foster long-term client trust and repeat referrals.

Holding a Bachelor of Behavioural Science (Psychology), Rachael applies behavioural insights to understand the unique motivations of buyers and sellers, enabling her to craft tailored strategies that consistently deliver win–win outcomes.
