As anyone who has seen him in action will know, Phillip Kingston is an outstanding auctioneer. Commanding the attention of his audience, entertaining them with his wicked sense of humour, Phillip draws on his encyclopaedic knowledge of real estate to deliver results every time.

Phillip refers to himself as a frustrated architect, and his passion for property is clear. His walls are lined with books on architecture, and he spends his free time walking through building sites and looking at houses. Luckily, Phillip turned his passion to real estate. He established his own agency in 1986 with Gary Peer – a close and trusted friend since their first meeting at holiday camp aged 12.

To this day Phillip gains enormous satisfaction from over-delivering on promises to clients, and from the successes of each of his many team members. His ultimate ambition is simple – to create ‘the most professional real estate agency on the planet’.

Despite his busy schedule, this farm boy from Cootamundra goes to the gym most mornings in order to keep up with his two sports-mad teenage sons, Jacob and Ben. On weekends he follows the fortunes of the Demons with trepidation, and spends as much time as possible with his wife Irene, a psychologist. But on weekdays, if he’s not talking to you about your property, chances are you’ll find him planning your success with partner Gary over an espresso. Real estate is his life, but coffee and cheesecake make Phillip’s world go round.
