Phil is a fully licensed real estate agent, who has called French Island home since 2010.

With 12 years of experience on Phillip Island prior, Phil brings over two decades of expertise in island real estate and island life in general. Over the past decade or so, Phil has assisted in more than 60 French Island property sales, mostly during his tenure with Century 21. Following the 2024 closure of the Century 21 office he was employed through, he established French Island Real Estate, which he owns and operates.
