After moving to Wagga at the age of 12, Phil has become a true local. Working with Fitzpatricks Real Estate in the late 1990’s as a Residential Sales Consultant. Phil is pleased to return to Fitzpatricks Real Estate, joining the Commercial team as a Commercial Sales and Leasing Consultant.

Phil has an array of professional knowledge. Having worked a number of years with Australia Post in Wagga, Adelaide and Canberra. He was also a part of the Transport Industry, working both regional and national roles.

Previously a small business owner, Phil understands the importance of developing and maintaining working relationships. He has a genuine care for his clients and is able to represent their best needs and desires.

Phil is also a life member of the Wagga Wagga Motorcycle Sports Club, in which he has been an executive for 10 years and an on and off competitor for 30 years.
