In 2023, Phil became a valued member of the H&G sales team following several years of dedicated management of his family's dairy farm in Nathalia. He brings extensive expertise in matters pertaining crop cultivation, livestock, irrigation, farm management and land in general. Phil is a passionate Holstein breeder, previously holding positions within the national organisation.

Outside of his agricultural pursuits, Phil a born and bred local is actively involved in the local community through his roles in the Nathalia Show Society committee and following the local football and cricket clubs. Family time is extremely important to Phil and in his downtime he prioritises spending time with his wife Sam and their two adult children, Aiden & Mikaela.
