Peter has consulted and transacted on a wide range of properties – from large factories in Melbourne’s southeast suburbs, to shopping centres, to multi-level CBD buildings.

Known for his refreshingly no-nonsense approach, Peter’s purpose comes from ensuring the financial performance of his clients’ assets – all while delivering brilliantly bespoke solutions.

Managing income with diligent arrears processes, budgeting asset maintenance to ensure cost reductions and functionality, forecasting capex improvements to maintain tenant retention and building performance- for Peter, it’s all in a day’s work.

When not accelerating the success of our clients’ portfolios – or ensuring them strong income streams during difficult market conditions – Peter can be found driving his 1967 Mustang Fastback GT. Or dry land sledding with his two huskies in the You Yangs.
