Former Regional Councilor Peter Marks joined Ray White Commercial Toowoomba in June 2013. He is a highly-respected member of the Toowoomba community who has always had a strong involvement in the community groups and Council.

Before making the move to Ray White Commercial Toowoomba, Peter worked with AMP Financial Services for over 28 years before spending four years in office with the Toowoomba Regional Council, holding the Planning and Development portfolio from 2008 to 2012. Due to his time spent in local business and his council term, Peter possesses an incredibly strong knowledge of the commercial market, has excellent communication skills, a very good understanding of community needs and a well-established network of colleagues.

Being a commercial property owner himself Peter is also highly attuned to the needs of owners and landlords. The passion to stay involved in the Toowoomba region community and the diverse skills and knowledge Peter brings, because of his varied employment history and experiences, has added immense value to the agency.
