Having worked across residential, rural, and commercial real estate, Paul has built a reputation for delivering exceptional results while maintaining a straightforward, honest, and client-focused approach.

Paul’s career commenced in Melbourne’s Inner East, where he spent seven years with Woodards and then thirteen years as an Associate at Jellis Craig. He joined Byron Bay First National in 2014 and continues to help clients achieve their property goals. Having conducted more than 1,000 auctions as a qualified auctioneer, and with extensive experience as a negotiator, Paul understands what it takes to maximise outcomes in all market conditions. Prior to joining the agency, he also managed Byron Links Apartments for eight years, further broadening his extensive property industry experience.

Having worked in the local area for the past 15 years and purchased his first property here more than 35 years ago, Paul has a deep understanding of the region and its property market. His experience extends well beyond selling real estate—he has personally subdivided land, invested in both older and newer properties, renovated homes, and successfully bought and sold property throughout his career. This firsthand experience gives him valuable insight into the challenges and opportunities his clients face.

Beyond real estate, Paul is the current President of the Mullumbimby Chamber of Commerce & Community, reflecting his strong commitment to the local community. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, maintaining his property, and staying active.
