Paul O’Sullivan is Managing Director here at Lemon Baxter – and one of our major shareholders.

A Licensed Estate Agent by trade, Paul’s career started as soon as he left school in 1987. He cut his teeth at two international firms – in an array of property management, sales and leasing roles – and gained a postgraduate degree in Property from RMIT.

After coming on board in 1995, Paul’s been steering the Lemon Baxter ship ever since.

Today, he leads our investment and development sales divisions – bringing to the table 30+ years of industry experience. He’s well versed in auction, commercial leasing, and expressions of interest – as well as commercial and industrial transactions.

With Lemon Baxter, Paul has sold the highest volume of development sites in the city fringe, with a total value exceeding $100 million – in the last three years alone.

The secret? According to Paul, it’s always being open to meeting new people. Getting excited about new relationships, gaining trust, getting stuck into each conversation – and learning from as many of them as you can.

Away from the demands and dynamism of his role, Paul enjoys unwinding with his wife and four daughters. A lover of art and live music, he’s also partial to a spot of tennis, golf, and – of course – football!
