A highly successful residential and commercial Project Manager in the Sydney building industry, Paul and his partner made the tree change to the Southern Highlands over 30 years ago. On arrival they established the successful ‘Gambells on the Park‘ restaurant in Bundanoon and in 2000 formed Henderfield Consulting, specialising in the design and construction of sustainable homes. Forever the high achiever, the restaurant attained the first SMH Chefs hat in the region and Henderfield went on to win numerous excellence in construction awards including specific awards for sustainable design and several apprentice of the year awards. Always prepared to go that extra mile, Paul's combined skills of the building industry, knowledge of the local and surrounding area and council regulations, coupled with excellent communication and customer service skills places him in a prime position to achieve the highest possible results.
