Paul Downman loves golf, currently holding the Presidency of the Tin Can Bay Country Club; he also loves rugby league and communicating with all he meets. He loves the region, for many years fishing and crabbing as well as camping in the area. For that reason the Gympie born and raised local returned to the region he loves, late in 2014 he moved back to the region and in February 2016 he started with the sales team at Century 21 By the Bay.

Paul is proudly one of the business owners of Century 21 At The Bay, and works within the business as a Sales Agent.

Despite living away from the region for the past few years Paul has continued his connection with the local community. He has held many community based positions, and has spent many weekends at his Tin Can Bay retreat where he now resides. A sixth generation local Paul has extensive knowledge of the Gympie, Tin Can Bay and Rainbow Beach areas. He also understands real estate and sales having worked for retail giant Metcash for a previous 18 years.
