Patrick’s career began with over 20 years in finance at a leading major bank, where he developed a strong commercial mindset. This foundation naturally led him into Commercial and Industrial Real Estate sales and leasing, and further, into residential subdivisions, marketing and investment portfolio management. Throughout his career, Patrick has built a proven sales track record, successfully transacting more than 500 house and land packages, vacant land opportunities and established homes.

With extensive experience as a Development Site Specialist, Patrick offers a rare end-to-end understanding of the development lifecycle, shaped by his previous experience as a Development Manager. He is highly skilled in conducting feasibility studies and assessing development potential, consistently demonstrating confidence, precision and strategic insight when evaluating sites. This expertise allows him to provide clear, commercially grounded advice to developers, investors and landowners, helping them unlock value and make informed decisions with confidence.
