Paddy’s induction into the hotel industry came at just 12 years old, washing dishes at the Canobolas Hotel under the mentorship of his father, and industry renowned business partners Phil Tudor and Arthur Laundy. This early immersion fostered an innate appreciation for the rigor and dedication that drives success in the hospitality sector; and which was further cultivated through years of hands-on experience managing boutique regional hotels and working alongside some of Australia’s most celebrated publicans – such as Taffy Thomas and Pete Calligeros.

Paddy brings a unique ability to transform complex data into actionable insights; offering clients exceptional value through his expertise in financial forecasting, comparative analytics, benchmarking, market research and negotiation techniques. His mastery of industry-specific skills is underpinned by a strong academic foundation in Psychological Science, combined with advanced coursework in Data Analytics, Finance, & Accounting.
