With over a decade of sales and customer service experience in Manningham, Nima decided to venture out on his own to open Harcourts Manningham and naturally, shone with his new title as Director & Auctioneer. Nima recognises the importance of building strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike and strives to continue to build his ever growing network.

Living and working in Manningham for most of his life, Nima has great knowledge and understanding of the local Manningham area. He lived through the property up-rise and down-fall and understands that patience and persistence is key in the property game, “I live and breathe Real Estate. There’s nothing that brings me more joy than seeling that Sold sticker up on that board”.

Nima Goharpey believes that hard work is the essence of the results he produces and he prides himself on his people skills. Coming from a Persian background has broadened his network as his presence in the community has led to on-going referrals from extremely happy vendors.

Outside of real estate, Nima enjoys spending time with his new bride. An outstanding leader in the community, Nima is a key member & secretary of his local tennis club - The Serpell Tennis Club. He enjoys playing tennis and of course, is a massive Essendon advocate during footy season.
