Since completing her senior education in Biloela, Nicole joined the team at Ray White in early 2009 as personal assistant to Agency Principal, Mark Simpson. Nicole has learnt the real estate business from the ground up including the daily running of a real estate agency with sales, property management and office administration.

Nicole works closely with Mark on numerous rural, commercial and residential property campaigns. Nicole specialises in rural photography, aerial photography and social media marketing.

Nicole has been recognised for her dedication and enthusiasm towards her role having been awarded Winner Sales Assistant of the Year 11-12 and Finalist Sales Assistant of the Year 21-22 at the Annual Ray White Rural Awards in addition to the Rotary Club of Biloela Pride of Workmanship Award throughout her career so far.
