Prior to joining Colliers, Nick was part of the Ray White Commercial team, where he specialised in the sale of tenanted and vacant commercial assets, as well as development sites across the Sydney metropolitan area and regional New South Wales. He also previously worked with JLL in Brisbane within the Capital Markets and Office Leasing team, providing tailored leasing and development advice to landlords from the initial stages of development through to property divestment.

Before transitioning into commercial real estate, Nick practised as a corporate lawyer at a global law firm, advising major Australian landlords, property institutions, government organisations, insolvency practitioners, and private investors across a wide range of transactions. His strong legal foundation, combined with his commercial insight and dedication to client outcomes, positions him to deliver exceptional advice and service to property owners.
