Nick is a Manager in Colliers South West Sydney Industrial & Logistics team. Nick brings broad experience in sales and leasing across a range of commercial assets, advising owners and investors in metropolitan and regional markets throughout Australia. Prior to joining Colliers, Nick was a member of JLL’s Capital Markets and Office Leasing team in Brisbane, where he provided tailored leasing and development advice to landlords from initial stages of developments right through to the divestment of the property.

Nick holds a Bachelor of Law and Commerce (Finance) from the University of Queensland and a Graduate Certificate in Applied Finance. Before transitioning into commercial real estate, Nick worked as a corporate lawyer at a global law firm where he advised some of Australia’s major landlords, property institutions, government organisations, insolvency professionals and private investors on a broad range of transactions. Nick’s legal background, coupled with his dedication and passion, equips him well to deliver excellent advice and client service to property owners.

Nick’s ultimate goal is to devise tailored marketing strategies for property owners, ensuring successful outcomes for his clients. His comprehensive expertise in corporate and real estate law positions him uniquely to provide valuable insights and dedicated support throughout the property transaction process.
