Nick is a Senior Sales Executive in the RWC (SC) team focusing primarily on the sale of tenanted and vacant commercial assets and development sites within metropolitan Sydney and regional NSW. Prior to joining RWC, Nick was a member of JLL’s Capital Markets and Office Leasing team in Brisbane where he provided tailored leasing and development advice to landlords from the beginning of developments right through to the divestment of the property.

Nick holds a Bachelor of Law and Commerce (Finance) from the University of Queensland and a Graduate Certificate in Applied Finance. Before transitioning into commercial real estate, Nick worked as a corporate lawyer at a global law firm where he advised some of Australia’s largest landlords, property institutions, government organisations, insolvency professionals and private investors on a broad range of transactions. Nick’s background in corporate and real estate law combined with his work ethic and enthusiasm, ensures he is well placed to provide excellent advice and client service to property owners. His goal is to deliver tailored marketing strategies to property owners to ensure a successful outcome is achieved for his clients.
