Nick van Vliet knows property & buildings inside out as he began his working life working around Australia in the construction industry. Settling in Willunga in 1988 with his wife Saras, and now adult children Kavita, Shanti & Siva.

Southern Vales Roofing was his first business, followed by 18 years in the family business of Willunga Antiques, and being a registered Antique appraiser with Australian Customs.

Outstanding returns from early property investment, renovations and development led Nick to commence a new career in real estate, starting in September 2008.

Hard work, dedication and enthusiasm working alongside local agents has helped Nick to achieve early success.
