His interest in the industry began as a hobby after buying and selling property himself, which quickly led to a deeper fascination with the details of property including zoning, permissible uses, and market trends.

Known for his honesty, integrity, and strong negotiation skills, Nick enjoys building relationships with clients and understanding their property needs so he can provide the right advice and guidance.

Nick values being part of the Cutcliffe team, a family-owned business with over 50 years of trusted reputation across The Hills and Hawkesbury. In his new role, he is most looking forward to building new relationships and helping clients navigate the property market.

Having previously lived in the Hawkesbury and now residing in The Hills, Nick focuses on the Hills, Hawkesbury, and Penrith LGAs. He enjoys the growing amenities and lifestyle opportunities the area offers.
