Nick has been selling rural real estate in South West Victoria for more than 25 years and has over 40 years’ experience in the wider stock and station industry throughout Victoria. He joined Charles Stewart Western Victoria in 2010 as a director and branch manager of the Warrnambool office, playing a key role in the growth and leadership of the business in the region. In 2023, Charles Stewart was acquired by Elders Rural Services Limited, continuing to operate under its well-established name while benefiting from the support of one of Australia’s leading agribusinesses.

Nick specialises in the sale of all types of rural properties, including grazing and cropping, dairy farms, out paddocks, agroforestry sales and smaller farming enterprises, including rural lifestyle properties.

In his spare time, Nick lives on a farm in the Port Fairy district where he runs prime lambs and beef cattle as a sideline.

Nick is a fully licensed real estate agent and also possesses a Diploma of Agricultural Science (Longerenong) and a Graduate Diploma in Agri-business (Monash).
