Nathan was recruited to the Cutcliffe team after being recognised as a natural leader and skilled negotiator. Anyone who knows him would attest to his self-starter energy, and his involvement in and around the real estate market for 26 years has given him a unique ability to understand complex property transactions.

Nathan has sold properties from the Hills District to Howes Valley, ranging in value from $50,000 to $20 million. He brings a wealth of experience from working with local councils, state and Commonwealth government property departments, where he has led change and utilised his strong negotiation skills. Nathan has also worked closely with publicly listed companies, high net worth individuals, and not-for-profit organisations, further broadening his expertise and professional network.

Having grown up in the beautiful Hills District and now living in the pristine Hawkesbury, Nathan has local knowledge and connections spanning two councils which can’t be bought or taught. He’s involved in various community groups, and he also assists with mentoring young businesspeople.
