Natasha Costigan doesn’t just sell real estate in the Hastings region, she’s part of the fabric of it. Born and raised in Wauchope, Natasha’s ties run as deep as the timber that built the town. Her family was one of the last to own and operate a timber mill in the area, and her grandparents were early pioneers of local development, subdividing parts of what we now know as Beechwood.

That innate connection to the land and community inspired Natasha’s career. Starting in real estate administration in 2004 before moving into sales in 2014, she has consistently ranked among the top three selling agents in the 2446 postcode. An experienced agent in residential homes, vacant land, lifestyle properties, and rural land, Natasha serves as the exclusive selling agent for Beechwood Meadows, where she continues to manage land sales today, alongside listing and selling properties across Wauchope and the greater region.

Known for her transparent and communicative approach, Natasha remains deeply invested in Wauchope’s future. She co-founded the Wauchope Junior Summer Touch Football competition and served on the committee that brought the Wauchope Skatepark to life. For Natasha, helping locals buy, sell, and build here isn't just business, it's home.
