Mitch started his career as a professional surfer age 14 – competing in the world tour for over two decades, while working with renowned Oakley Eyewear, where his appreciation of global branding and nuanced marketing has been foundational to his successful career in property.

Highly regarded within the Margaret River community, Mitch is known for his involvement in real estate since 2009, while simultaneously coaching 11-times world champion, Kelly Slater, through his comeback to professional surfing.
