Mike Rowe is one of Perth’s most qualified commercial real estate experts, having honed his skills with international, Australasian and boutique firms over the last three decades.

He is a former State Chair of the Australian Property Institute (API) and brings an extensive network of industry contacts. He is also a Chairman of the Commercial Committee for REIWA and has been for a many years. He has vast, deep knowledge and a skillful approach to all facets of commercial sale, leasing and property development.

Specialising in the suburban market Commercial Industrial and large-format retail property, Mike has managed thousands of sales transactions, secured multiple tenancies, undertaken valuations and provided advice for significant projects and developments throughout Perth and regional Western Australia. Mike is experienced in sales and achieves premium results for client.

Mike joined Realmark Commercial in 2014 as an Executive Director. As part of this strategic role as a leader in the commercial sales and leasing team and is also a member of Realmark’s experienced and skilled team.

Mike excels at developing successful relationships with institution investors, tenants and developers, managing complex deals and providing strong leadership. These qualities have enabled him to achieve outstanding results for his clients, which include WA’s land development agency, Development WA.

An active industry participant and Curtin University property graduate, Mike has had committee positions with Curtin University’s Property Industry Foundation, and the Australian Property Institute (Valuers). Mike is also a member of the Large Format Retail Association, the Real Estate Institute of Western Australia and the Property Council of Australia.
