Mike has worked nationally and internationally in the resources sector for much of the last 30 years. His experience includes over 10 years in senior positions developing complex proposals to build port, rail, power generation and housing projects ranging in value from $30 million to $3 billion. Mike’s interest in property investment began in 1986 when he purchased his first investment property in the Perth Hills. In the ensuing years, Mike managed a portfolio of 200 company houses in the Goldfields followed by another senior role where he managed 3,500 houses, FIFO villages and commercial facilities in the North West. In 2017, Mike established Ultima Realty, a boutique agency capable of providing a full range of real estate services which includes obtaining finance. Mike’s experience in; Sales, Leasing, Property Management, Land Sub-Division and Projects enable him to gain a deeper understanding of his client’s requirements, then to provide a professional and cost-effective service. Mike’s clientele includes; first home buyers, established home owners, investors and small/medium businesses. Outside of work, Mike is an enthusiastic hockey player and a keen kayaker. He is also an active mentor with Youth Focus.
