Michael Vanstone is Burgess Rawson New South Wales’ Director of Childcare and boasts over two decades’ experience in commercial sales, leasing and finance.

During his career in property, Michael has worked in New Zealand, England and Australia. He has also personally owned and operated a successful childcare centre where he gained an in-depth understanding of the complexities of the industry. Backed by this invaluable experience, Michael now specialises in childcare centre sales at Burgess Rawson where his transactions now total more than $300 million.

His high level of expertise and passion for in-depth analysis enables him to provide complete end-to-end transaction services across development, leasing, investment and business sales.
